Urubamba - Part I

It´s us - we´re here!! We´re still very much here!! The Rainbow Centre is fantastic and our accommodation is great - more details to follow, watch this space!!

The great guiding spirit shone through during the earthquake (even though most of us didn´t even realise there had been one...)

The flight to Cusco was fine and we´re now acclimatising, ready to begin wall building tomorrow. Paddington has already found himself a Peru guiding Friendship badge and has been adopted by a little girl here in the centre.

Cheerio for now!

All of us :)

Hi Jess and all,

Lovely to hear that you have all arrived safely and are enjoying your experiences at the Rainbow Centre. Hope you really make a difference. Glad to say that the home contact procedure worked really well, and we knew that you were safe nearly before we knew there was anything to worry about - thanks to Cathy and Neva for this.

I have texted all your friends Jess and they know that you are okay.

Lots of love,

Mum, Dad and Jack xxx

Hi Hannah A and everyone.
Great to hear you are all well and have arrived to do the serious stuff. I'm sure the kids at the Rainbow centre will appreciate all you can do for them. Keep up the good work. (we must get some wear from those work gloves!!)
Love to you all, with special thank you to all the leaders.
